Very accommodating Bought a used 2017 Toyota Highlander with a 20 year old trade-in. The vin number on the title was off by one letter. We were sent home with the new vehicle and the trade-in left at the dealership. When MVD in Madison only through the mail, correct the title, we will then get our trade-in amount in a check
Once again, we have had a good experience buying Mazda number five from Russ Darrow. Dan was great as was the financial counselor, and he was very accommodating and helping us with learning the car.
Brandon was extremely welcoming as soon as we walked in and was great to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
Dan was attentive when we first got to the dealership. He also was realistic with what the car was worth. He was flexible. Tim was an incredible sales person. He was detail oriented and responsive. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was knowledgeable. He also worked with me to get a fair price on the car and trade in. One of the reasons I picked to purchase my car from this dealership was due to Tim’s excellent customer service.

Charging customers a mandatory $499 etch fee feels like a rip-off when they don't even need it. There's already a dealership fee, so customers should be able to opt out of the etch fee. Also the car condition was very poor and they did not even provide the Keysense PIN. Overall dont recommend this dealership.
I worked with Tim Fabrr and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. Everybody at the dealship was helpful as well.

Professional, Courteous, no sales pressure techniques. Clean area Tim and Don were easy to work with. Only suggestion I would have is to not add Etch to the used cars before sale

Ahmet is wonderful. He is very willing to explain the different features that all new cars seem to have. I would have liked to buy a car like my 1965 Comet that had absolutely no computer elements. Some of us need someone with his patience to get up to speed. I'm very grateful.

Your dealership is so helpful. They put new batteries in my fob. Came in for an oil change and replaced my spark plugs. Kyle was so sweet and helpful with picking out our car. This poor guy had to pull about 10 cars for us to test drive but he found us the perfect option in the end. Was so so patient and kind and knowledgeable about the vehicles as well.
The service was good and Andy is a great advisor. He’s friendly and does a nice job of explaining everything. My complaint is that after paying $99 for an oil change, I did not receive a car wash. I assumed this was a customary procedure.

Total lack of respect for my time. Lots of waiting. Promises if 5 more minutes that were more like 30. Or the next day.
Spent money on something that didn’t need fixing and not on what was supposed to be fixed. Very frustrating. I later took my vehicle to a family friend and they identified the noise/problem right away and fixed it within a hour. Very disappointed in the mechanics at the dealership and I won’t be taking my car back and will tell everyone else I know to not take their cars to this dealership. Waste of money and time. Need new mechanics.

I came in to trade in a Mazda 2023 CX-9 for a new vechile. I told Kyle what I didn't like about the CX-9 and he assisted me in choosing a different vechile that would fit my needs better. I choose a Hybrid CX-50 and I absolutely love it. Kyle and the dealership made the purchasing process a pleasure. It's been a few days and I am already getting 27 miles to the gallon. When I hit the 38 miles to the gallon I will be thrilled. I will definitely refer people I know to Russ Darrow Mazda and Kyle Dorfler.

I've been there twice for different services and it's been an incredible experience both times. The only place I'll go to in Wisconsin.
I called the dealership to get new tires. They said they had them in stock. I drove through a winter storm and they did not have the tires. About two weeks later I had a flat tire and the car I bought from the dealership had the wrong spare tire! Not acceptable! Very disappointed!

Experience overall was great as always. Took a star off for having to go wander around the whole building to find my car after they texted me it was ready to pickup. It was buried in snow, which isn’t their fault, but just overall unexpected. Andrew was amazing though and checked on me to help find it and then pulled it out of the snow bank for me. He’s the best!
