I've had my car serviced by them for the past 2 1/2 years. With me they've been honest and fair. They listen to you, they do what they say they're going to do, they tell you what you need to know, but they don't try to push unnecessary services onto you. Work has always been done right the first time, and completed when promised. They usually send videos of what they're seeing - a worn brake caliper, a worn control arm, etc., before asking for your approval to proceed. That goes a long way in building trust and confidence.

I had a problem with my car and when I called they got me an appointment the next day . When the problem was diagnosed and it was going to take some time to complete repairs, they offered me a loaner so I didn't have to waist a lot of time sitting around.

Had another good experience with the dealerships maintenance people in which my vehicle needed safety recall work…Leah provided me with a complete breakdown of the time needed, any associates costs, etc. They also provide a video with the actual technician who is explaining the work being done…overall a great experience!

Got me in quickly and addressed the issue

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation, did not get tire rotation and the reason was explained in a way that made sense. Was unnecessary and would be paying for something I did not need given the circumstances and the events that are going to take place in a few months.

They make a service call a nice experience. Some checked with me right away to help me find the waiting area with snacks. I watched on my video as they checked the car out, and I was finished very quickly. I don’t think they could have been friendlier.
