Charging customers a mandatory $499 etch fee feels like a rip-off when they don't even need it. There's already a dealership fee, so customers should be able to opt out of the etch fee. Also the car condition was very poor and they did not even provide the Keysense PIN. Overall dont recommend this dealership.

I worked with Tim Fabrr and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. Everybody at the dealship was helpful as well.

Andy, service advisor for Russ Darrow, has help me several times with my granddaughter’s Cx5, and it greatly appreciated. After many years of having my cars serviced at different dealerships, I can said that this dealership has been one of the top service centers. It’s easy to get an appointment, when something needs repair, they (Andy) explains it nicely and work is also satisfactory. As with most car service centers, the cost of repairs are getting VERY high. It makes it a little easier in that my granddaughter (and daughter) are Mazda owners, in that repairs are less frequent.

Professional, Courteous, no sales pressure techniques. Clean area Tim and Don were easy to work with. Only suggestion I would have is to not add Etch to the used cars before sale

Great salesperson, Finance person was awesome. Started the process online and finished at the dealership. Easy to do business with. Got exactly what I wanted in terms of rate, price, and the exact truck. Also, the waiting area is exceptional and much better than most dealers. Hope to do business. I knew what I wanted, and there was no pressure or upselling. Kudos! I want to add one thing also. I am not the easiest customer to deal with. It's a flaw. Even when I recently overreacted to an issue with the new truck, the service gentleman was kind, professional and got me scheduled for a visit even providing a loaner. I can be honest. Customer service is a challenge, especially when I'm the customer. If you are like me, and need patient, competent people, Russ Darrow has the absolute best.

Experience at Russ Darrow was really great. I know a lot of times going into buy a car stressful and the buyers guards are up. I felt so comfortable working with Brandon T that whenever I need to buy another car, I will be going back to him. Also, I can’t remember the name of the finance guy, maybe it was Sean, but he was great too if I could give more than five stars I would.

Well maintained building. Has the best snacks of any Russ Darrow Mazda location hands down.
