Our whole buying experience was very unorganized and chaotic. It started with being shown the wrong vehicle and being convinced it was a different one(more expensive, more miles). Next we were shown a car and started to go through the loan process to be told that the dealer did not have the title for the car and couldn’t sell it. Our salesperson found us a vehicle similar and we set up an appointment for the paperwork to come at 5pm. We completed the online credit app and emailed our salesperson to ensure they had everything needed for our appointment. From experience at other dealers, we believed all our paperwork would be ready to go and be signed. That was not the case. When we arrived at 5pm, we were told the wrong credit app was completed and was still being asked questions about packages and rates without having our credit pulled and the accurate loan numbers. We were then told we were 3 people behind to sign papers. 3 hours later, we were able to sign our papers. While talking to the financial person she shared she is always alone on Thursdays and the sales people always overbook. This was incredibly disappointing to hear. To make matters worse, before leaving our salesperson took me aside and told me that I would be getting a survey and he hopes to count on me for a high rating. No apology, or empathy for our experience. If we had not put a payment down before our appointment, we would have left.
They understood the problems that I was having and worked quickly to fix it and the office waiting room was full of complimentary drinks and snacks
I had an easy buying experience and found my new car with the help of Randall Mohammed. I'm very happy with my new CX-50 and would definitely come back to Mazda for my next car in the future. There's no pressure and no forcing decisions. It's a very exciting time and nothing at Russ Darrow Mazda gets in the way of that excitement, it adds to it.

Everyone talks about how awful buying a car is and maybe we just got lucky but if so that is because of Jon. Despite it being incredibly busy and juggling a few customers, Jon got us into the suv we wanted to test drive. We were looking at a hybrid but we weren’t sure so he put us in a traditional and we were on our way. When we got back, he already had the hybrid lined up and waiting for us. We spent that day test driving a bunch of vehicles at 4 different places and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated having things lined up so we could get the information we needed to decide in an efficient manner. That alone was huge but pair that up with his easy going, no push demeanor and that was all we needed, that and the car we wanted of course. All in all this was a painless process. Ask for Jon Malmborg, you will be glad you did.

Brought in for warranty work. Had to take vehicle back due to leaking oil after warranty work. Tech pinched valve cover gasket when re assembled. Vehicle began leaking oil. After fixing valve cover leak they still didn’t clean the oil off of the lower shield and didn’t cleanup the coolant under the hood from disassembly.
Daniel Smith was absolutely amazing to work with he knew what he was doing and was very calm and kind to talk to. He was very transparent about everything and any questions I had. I would recommend anyone to go to him
