I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but after my experience at Russ Darrow Mazda of Madison I just had to share how amazing this place is. This was my first time looking for a vehicle on my own, and Batu was great at answering all of my questions and helping me narrow down the best car for my needs. I felt as though I had some “dumb” questions that I was afraid to ask as a first-time buyer, but Batu was very personable and was happy to help. Highly recommend this place for its amazing staff!

Of all the cars I purchased, this dealership has an amazing Sales Team! Cung walked me through the whole process and landed me on this 2026 Mazda CX-50 in Ingot blue!! I am so glad it worked out and they have great deals like the Push Pull Drag event, giving me $3,500 for my old car!! I highly recommend this place, definitely work with Cung if you can!

I had an amazing experience working with Tim to buy my new Mazda! Super friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He worked with his manager several times to get us into a more premium trim for the same price as the next step down! I was honestly dreading the entire process of getting a new car, but working with Tim and Russ Darrow made the experience as seamless as possible! Even on a crowded Saturday, our service was excellent.
I bought my car somewhere else but had to take it here when the service needed soon light came on. The Russ Darrow guys promptly checked it and then reset the warning light! The last place had just forgot to reset it when they did the oil change before selling the car to me. I was very pleased with the fast service and how well I was treated. Very respectful and professional group of guys. I was in and out in like five minutes.

Very accommodating Bought a used 2017 Toyota Highlander with a 20 year old trade-in. The vin number on the title was off by one letter. We were sent home with the new vehicle and the trade-in left at the dealership. When MVD in Madison only through the mail, correct the title, we will then get our trade-in amount in a check
