Very accommodating Bought a used 2017 Toyota Highlander with a 20 year old trade-in. The vin number on the title was off by one letter. We were sent home with the new vehicle and the trade-in left at the dealership. When MVD in Madison only through the mail, correct the title, we will then get our trade-in amount in a check
Once again, we have had a good experience buying Mazda number five from Russ Darrow. Dan was great as was the financial counselor, and he was very accommodating and helping us with learning the car.

Great experience working with Cung King, was amazing, charming, so friendly, and knowledgeable. I had to get a new car and was able to trade in a car on its last leg for a 2015 Audi Q7. The car is amazing and a great purchase. The sales team is very friendly and Kody was funny and made the purchasing process very smooth.

The Dans(sales and used cars) were great. They were able to make our budget work with the car we were looking for. Very nice and willing to do the extra work to get it done
Charging customers a mandatory $499 etch fee feels like a rip-off when they don't even need it. There's already a dealership fee, so customers should be able to opt out of the etch fee. Also the car condition was very poor and they did not even provide the Keysense PIN. Overall dont recommend this dealership.
I worked with Tim Fabrr and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. Everybody at the dealship was helpful as well.
Andy, service advisor for Russ Darrow, has help me several times with my granddaughter’s Cx5, and it greatly appreciated.
After many years of having my cars serviced at different dealerships, I can said that this dealership has been one of the top service centers. It’s easy to get an appointment, when something needs repair, they (Andy) explains it nicely and work is also satisfactory. As with most car service centers, the cost of repairs are getting VERY high.

Experience at Russ Darrow was really great. I know a lot of times going into buy a car stressful and the buyers guards are up. I felt so comfortable working with Brandon T that whenever I need to buy another car, I will be going back to him. Also, I can’t remember the name of the finance guy, maybe it was Sean, but he was great too if I could give more than five stars I would.

We went to Russ Darrow Madison Mazda in the last hour of business on a rainy night.
