Brought in for warranty work. Had to take vehicle back due to leaking oil after warranty work. Tech pinched valve cover gasket when re assembled. Vehicle began leaking oil. After fixing valve cover leak they still didn’t clean the oil off of the lower shield and didn’t cleanup the coolant under the hood from disassembly.

They were pretty fair on prices, they unfortunately really do not like outside financing though.

There were a few hiccups, but were quickly remedied by an outstanding sales consultant: Adrian Vitale. I would highly recommend him. The finance officer was also excellent.

This is my first day home with my purchase, so naturally, I’m kind of fired up. But I would be remiss and not saying that I had a good relationship with the sales people and the administrative people that processed my purchase. Have a good feeling about the dealership and the people that work within its walls.

The salesman was nice, TILL I paid for the car! After that, you are not important! The finance manager was condescending and mad because I didn't finance! The sales manager does NOT follow-up as promised! Mazda is a great product but the dealership culture sucks!

There were several defects, a star crack in the wind shield and a broken seal on the taillight lens. The sales person - Keith and the finance manager (Kimber) wouldn't budge on compensation on these items. But they would offer a discount on any purchased extended warranties. They obviously think people don"t know that they receive a huge % of the money that the warranty costs. ...

Found an used car that I was hoping to purchase at this dealership, and I had pre-arranged my own financing to do so. After the test drive, I mentioned that I would prefer my own financing and was told it shouldn’t be a problem. After 45 minutes of going back and forth with the salesperson while he was attempting to sell me on their financing options, I was told there were “other offers that made more financial sense” before I had even made an offer to begin with. They also mentioned they “weren’t taking cash offers at this time”. ...

The car was dropped off Tuesday afternoon We we’re told it would be done by noon Wednesday went to pick it up Wednesday evening it was not done They had forgot to look at it was the excuse. So it was done on Thursday it was to be detailed for our troubles but it was barely washed. And the issue was not fixed. Not a good start to impress customers on a first service visit.

Getting a routine oil change and checkup is a pleasant experience at Russ Darrow Mazda. A wonderful woman got me tea and a muffin when I arrived in the waiting area and there was a very nice man to talk to while we were both waiting. The people doing the work on my car leave me with a lot of confidence in the work that was done. I've had a number of cars over the years (I'm old) and this is the best yet.
